Financial Information
The District provides financial information through the use and publication of standard financial reports. These reports include: formal Audits of the year-end Financial Statements; current year Budgets and projections; and Un-audited monthly Balance Sheets and Statements of Revenues, Expenditures and Changes in Fund Balance. Other financial information is provided for decision making, reporting for special projects; and reports of economic interest to the community in general.
Many people ask how their property taxes are calculated and who is responsible for determining their homes assessed value. Please see the link below that will answer questions related to this and better explain the City and County of Denver’s Assessment Division’s work and how it affects you directly through your property taxes.
